Macrame swings are made up of macrame cotton threads 8mm thick.
These threads have holding capacity upto 200 kgs depending upon the size of the swing.

Mattress and cushion can be hand washed from time to time.
Macrame swings needs dusting 2-3 times a week to keep the dust away.
If the swing gets very dirty(especially when placed outdoor / food stains) it can be given for dryclean or can be cleansed at home using solvent filled in spot gun. In case of general day to day cleaning one can use wet wipes on the places where you can see dirt.

Macrame swings can be hanged indoor and outdoor but away from direct sunlight.
Life expectancy of the swing is upto 10 years.
