Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Products: Free return shipping. You will not be charged any fees.

Customer Remorse (e.g., ordered by mistake or no longer needed): You will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. No restocking fee will be applied.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your product first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
