5. Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for defective or non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
A prepaid return label is included in the package, and there is no restocking fee.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
