🛒 Orders

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collections, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Q: I didn’t receive a confirmation email—what should I do?

🚚 Shipping

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. Processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship only within the United States.

📍 Shipping Limitations 
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates typically become active within 24 hours.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No, we include a prepaid return label in your package. Return shipping is free, and we do not charge restocking fees.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
